Job description:
We are looking for a Supervisor who will be involved in carrying out effective supervision of credit organizations, pawnshops, and currency exchange offices, identifying and assessing existing risks, and implementing measures aimed at managing them.
Job responsibilities
- Conduct remote (off-site) supervision of credit organizations, pawnshops, and currency exchange offices.
- Participate in on-site inspections conducted at credit organizations, pawnshops, and currency exchange offices.
- Participate in operations related to the licensing and registration of credit organizations, pawnshops, and currency exchange offices.
- Participate in the development of legislative and sub-legislative acts regulating the activities of credit organizations, pawnshops, and currency exchange offices.
- Conduct functions arising from projects and other non-routine tasks
Required qualifications
- Higher education in economics
- At least 6 months of work experience in the financial sector
- Knowledge of financial system legislation
- Knowledge of legislation related to credit organizations, pawnshops, and currency exchange offices
- Knowledge of accounting and banking practices
- Advanced knowledge of financial analysis and risk management
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, and knowledge of English and Russian
