We are looking for a Risk Manager who will be responsible for supporting the management of non-financial risks at the Central Bank, ensuring their timely identification, assessment, management, monitoring, and communication.

Обязанности

Develop and review policies, procedures, and methodologies related to risk and incident management
Support risk owners in the process of risk identification, assessment (RCSA), registration, and in designing, implementing, and monitoring risk management controls
Analyze and assess incidents and propose actions aimed at resolving them
Analyze risk registers and reports received from relevant departments, including information on risks, controls, and incidents
Prepare risk-related reports

Требования

Higher education in economics, finance, risk management, audit, or a related field
At least 3 years of work experience in the financial system in risk management, audit, or a related field
Knowledge of risk management
Understanding of operational risk standards
Fluency in Armenian and excellent knowledge of English

Analytical thinking
Negotiation skills
Teamwork and collaboration
Technical skills

Nice to Have:

CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), FRM (Financial Risk Manager), ICA (International Compliance Association), or other equivalent certification will be considered an advantage
