Acba bank is looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team

Analyze current IT project management and related processes, identify ways to increase their efficiency, and initiate necessary changes through feasibility studies and needs assessments for new solutions.
Plan project activities and resources, and manage execution timelines.
Coordinate Agile events and remove impediments hindering team productivity.
Manage cross-functional teams and applying "servant leadership" principles
Execute time management and continuous progress monitoring.
Prepare analytical reports for stakeholders based on performance data.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT sector. Working experience in Banking/FinTech projects will be considered an advantage.
Higher education in IT or Management (PMP or ACP certification is an advantage).
Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Fundamental knowledge of microservices architecture, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
Skills in estimating required resources and performing actual cost calculations.
Excellent command of English (for professional and technical communication).

Project Management: Atlassian Products (JIRA, Confluence) – Expert level, MS Project.
Analysis & Data: JQL (for data analysis), dashboard visualization tools.
Innovation: Agentic AI frameworks (for workflow and resource optimization).
