Acba bank is looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team
Job responsibilities
- Analyze current IT project management and related processes, identify ways to increase their efficiency, and initiate necessary changes through feasibility studies and needs assessments for new solutions.
- Plan project activities and resources, and manage execution timelines.
- Coordinate Agile events and remove impediments hindering team productivity.
- Manage cross-functional teams and applying "servant leadership" principles
- Execute time management and continuous progress monitoring.
- Prepare analytical reports for stakeholders based on performance data.
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT sector. Working experience in Banking/FinTech projects will be considered an advantage.
- Higher education in IT or Management (PMP or ACP certification is an advantage).
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Fundamental knowledge of microservices architecture, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Skills in estimating required resources and performing actual cost calculations.
- Excellent command of English (for professional and technical communication).
