Job description:

We are looking for a Supervisor who will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and assessing operational and IT risks within Armenia’s financial system, as well as contributing to the development of mechanisms for risk management and mitigation.

Job responsibilities

Conduct targeted inspections and thematic reviews of operational and IT risk management systems of financial institutions, including the collection and analysis of relevant information.
Prepare inspection reports and present them to management, as well as provide recommendations for addressing and eliminating identified issues and deficiencies.
Assess the level of operational risk within the activities of financial institutions.
Participate in the development and enhancement of methodologies, questionnaires, and risk mitigation mechanisms for assessing operational risk within the financial system.
Perform other duties related to the position.

Required qualifications

Higher education in Economics or a technical field.
At least 1 year of professional experience in the financial and/or IT sector.
Knowledge of the principles and methodologies of operational risk management.
Knowledge of information technology management.
Knowledge of the legislation and regulatory framework governing the financial system.
Knowledge of banking.
Knowledge of information technology security principles.
Excellent command of Armenian and English, with knowledge of Russian.
