Job description:

We are looking for a Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing business conduct in financial organizations.

Job responsibilities

Conduct systemic reviews related to business conduct, identify and assess risks, and present recommendations for risk mitigation
Review and respond to complaints and other signals received from consumers (including drafting responses), identify issues, and assess them
Evaluate the compliance of information published by financial organizations (including advertising materials)
Participate in the development of business conduct rules and regulations

Required qualifications

Higher education in Economics or Law
At least 2 years of work experience in the financial sector
Knowledge of business conduct regulations
Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework of the financial syste
Understanding of financial analysis and risk management
Relevant knowledge in accounting, insurance, finance, banking, and the securities market
Excellent command of Armenian, and good knowledge of English and Russian
