Job description:

The incumbent will be responsible for effective and accurate implementation of banking operations, international and local transfers, operation of payments systems, execution of transactions of the customers via loro accounts and customers working with Cash Management, provision of account statements and continuous workflow improvement.

Job responsibilities

Regularly provide recommendations for continuous improvements and relevant amendments in procedures and processes,
Regularly analyze the processes, methods and tools,
Ensure smooth operation of the Bank Mail system by exchanging sent and received messages, drafting change requests and notifying about them,
Ensure processing of payment orders received from the Bank Mail and SWIFT systems and their recording on customer accounts according to the established limits,
Ensure further processing of payment orders subject to clarification/adjustment received from the Bank Mail and SWIFT systems from transit accounts,
Ensure processing of orders received from customers working with Cash Management,
Ensure execution of orders and provision of statements to Loro banks,
Check the required details of the international transfers of customers and send them via SWIFT system,
Prepare required reports and perform respective analysis,
Perform other duties defined under internal regulations of the Bank,
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor(s)․

Required qualifications

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree
Payment order processing and accounting expertise
Skills of working with SWIFT and Bank Mail systems
Ability to work under pressure
Required computer skills - fluency in AS Bank system, MS Office
Strong sense of responsibility while performing tasks
Team player
Good command of Armenian, English and Russian
