Job description:

We are looking for a Risk Manager who will be responsible for supporting the management of non-financial risks at the Central Bank, ensuring their timely identification, assessment, management, monitoring, and communication.

Job responsibilities
  • Develop and review policies, procedures, and methodologies related to risk and incident management

  • Support risk owners in the process of risk identification, assessment (RCSA), registration, and in designing, implementing, and monitoring risk management controls

  • Analyze and assess incidents and propose actions aimed at resolving them

  • Analyze risk registers and reports received from relevant departments, including information on risks, controls, and incidents

  • Prepare risk-related reports


Required qualifications
  • Higher education in economics, finance, risk management, audit, or a related field

  • At least 3 years of work experience in the financial system in risk management, audit, or a related field

  • Knowledge of risk management

  • Understanding of operational risk standards

  • Fluency in Armenian and excellent knowledge of English

  • Teamwork and collaboration

  • Technical skills

Nice to Have:

  • CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), FRM (Financial Risk Manager), ICA (International Compliance Association), or other equivalent certification will be considered an advantage
