Job description:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of our money transfer services.
In this role, you will be responsible for the full product lifecycle from understanding market and customer needs to developing, launching, and continuously improving new solutions.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product strategy for money transfer services.
- Research the market, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Plan and prioritize product development activities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, and other teams.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate integrations with banks, payment systems, and other financial partners.
- Support the launch and market introduction of new services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
- Stay up to date with trends and innovations in the payments and fintech industry.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in banking, financial services, or payments.
- Strong understanding of money transfers and payment systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn customer and business needs into effective solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA, Visa Direct, Mastercard Send, or similar payment systems.
- Experience with digital banking or financial applications.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Fluent Armenian, with knowledge of English and Russian.
