Job description:

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Manager who will be responsible for responding to, analyzing, counteracting, and preventing cyber incidents at the CBA, as well as for developing and implementing appropriate cybersecurity measures.

Job responsibilities
  • Define the necessary and sufficient quantity and quality of data regarding cybersecurity incidents, events, and accidents in the CBA’s information systems, cybersecurity systems, network infrastructure, operational system servers, and other IT systems; organize data collection, analyze the data, and develop and implement classification principles.
  • Continuously monitor the security of the CBA’s information systems, assess cybersecurity levels, forecast potential hacker intrusions, develop countermeasures against cyberattacks, and organize their implementation and testing.
  • Analyze cybersecurity incidents and events registered in the CBA’s SIEM (Security Incident and Event Management) system, manage existing and new monitoring and correlation rules—develop, implement, apply, and improve them.
  • Detect and block cyberattacks on the CBA’s systems.
  • Analyze threat intelligence data and localize response methods for the CBA’s infrastructure.
  • Identify potentially targeted systems within the CBA, the means of attack, and the tactics and techniques used; develop preventive cybersecurity measures.
  • Manage cyber incidents: determine threat severity, contain the threat, and participate in recovery efforts/processes.
  • Organize post-incident processes: collect traces from affected systems, analyze them, support the development and implementation of corrective and preventive measures, and prepare reports.
  • Identify vulnerabilities across the CBA’s entire infrastructure through system scanning, configuration of scanning tools, analysis of results, and reporting.
  • Participate in the implementation and validation of corrective and preventive measures for discovered vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and administer cybersecurity systems for CBA workstations and server operating systems (e.g., EDR/XDR, Antivirus, DLP) in line with PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) principles.
  • Administer next-generation network firewalls, email, websites, and other security systems based on PDCA principles.
  • Analyze and report on security incidents in systems under their responsibility.
Required qualifications
  • Higher technical education
  • At least 2 years of work experience in cybersecurity or network administration
  • In-depth knowledge of technologies and methods posing cybersecurity threats, types of information and cyber incidents (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK)
  • Experience in both Red Teaming and Blue Teaming:
    • Incident response, analysis, and prevention
    • Conducting penetration tests
  • Deep knowledge of security systems (WAF, ngFW, Firewalls, EDR/XDR, Antivirus, Cisco ASA, DLP, SIEM, IPS/IDS, etc.)
