We are looking for a motivated and proactive Intern who is passionate about working with people, interested in recruitment processes, and eager to gain hands-on experience while learning and growing with our team.

Job responsibilities

Support the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, and interview coordination.
Assist in communicating with Hiring Managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving and optimizing Talent Acquisition processes.
Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing recruitment data and key metrics.
Identify opportunities to automate routine tasks and improve process efficiency.
Explore AI tools that can support sourcing, screening, candidate experience, and recruitment analytics.
Support Employer Branding and Talent Attraction initiatives.

Required qualifications

Final year student or recent graduates in Tech, Business, HR or other relevant field
Interest in Human Resources, particularly in Talent Acquisition.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility.
Proactiveness, willingness to learn, and eagerness to develop new skills.
Analytical thinking and the ability to work with information and data.
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
Good command of Armenian and English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
