Join Ameriabank’s Talent Acquisition team and take the first step in your HR career!

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Intern who is passionate about working with people, interested in recruitment processes, and eager to gain hands-on experience while learning and growing with our team.


Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, and interview coordination.

  • Assist in communicating with Hiring Managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and hiring needs.

  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving and optimizing Talent Acquisition processes.

  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing recruitment data and key metrics.

  • Identify opportunities to automate routine tasks and improve process efficiency.

  • Explore AI tools that can support sourcing, screening, candidate experience, and recruitment analytics.

  • Support Employer Branding and Talent Attraction initiatives.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ
  • Final year student or recent graduates in Tech, Business, HR or other relevant field

  • Interest in Human Resources, particularly in Talent Acquisition.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility.

  • Proactiveness, willingness to learn, and eagerness to develop new skills.

  • Analytical thinking and the ability to work with information and data.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.

  • Good command of Armenian and English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
