Աշխատանքի նկարագրություն՝
We're looking for an IT Performance and KPI Analyst who will ensure the accuracy, currency, and transparency of performance indicators (KPIs) across all divisions of the IT Directorate by monitoring data collection processes, working closely with division heads, and collaborating with the Data Analytics team on the development of the performance dashboard. The role includes periodic review of KPIs, monthly performance calculations and reporting, tracking of data sources, and providing the Division Head and IT leadership with the data needed during the annual performance evaluation cycle.
Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ
- Continuously review and analyze the performance indicators (KPIs) of all units within the IT Directorate, ensuring their alignment with approved methodologies and business objectives.
- Oversee performance data collection processes, checking that all required Jira fields are filled in, processes are followed correctly, and data is collected completely and accurately.
- Ensure that all IT units have clear, documented data sources for their metrics, and regularly track and keep these sources up to date.
- Collaborate with division heads on a monthly basis to calculate and review performance metrics using Excel, MS Forms, Jira and other tools.
- Identify when KPIs require revision or modification and present corresponding recommendations to the Division Head.
- During the performance evaluation cycle, prepare and provide summary data and reports to the Division Head and other IT leaders.
- Work closely with the Data Analytics team on expanding the performance dashboard (adding new divisions, new capabilities, including AI-based automated processes and insights).
- Use Excel, Power BI, AI tools to conduct analysis and prepare reports.
Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ
- 3–5 years of experience in IT performance management, KPI analysis, or a related field
- Knowledge of IT processes and the specifics of IT division operations
- Strong knowledge of Jira Software and experience extracting and analyzing data from it
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data processing and analysis)
- Working experience with Power BI (building and maintaining dashboards)
- Experience in people/data analytics
- Project management experience
- Knowledge and application experience of Agile methodologies
- Experience working with AI tools will be considered an advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
