- Organizing and managing the division’s activities and allocating tasks among employees.
- Preparing reports and documentation related to division’s operations.
- Developing and presenting proposals and programs to improve the efficiency of the division’s operations.
- Investigating and documenting POS terminal malfunctions, customer complaints, and suggestions related to POS terminals operating at TSOs.

Good knowledge of Smart Vista, MS Excel, MS Word and computer programs

At least 2 (two) year of work experience in the managerial position of the appropriate field
