Acba bank is seeking Product Manager to join our Digital Product team.

Identifying customer needs and recommending improvements to existing products based on research findings
Taking part in requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
Overseeing the development of new products from concept to launch, including working with designers, developers, and other stakeholders
Supporting the development of a digital product (or a suite of such products)
Analyzing the market to make sure the product continues to offer advantages over its competitors
Working with sales and marketing teams to develop positioning and messaging and ensure differentiation from competitors
Developing business models and monetization strategy for the digital products and services
Managing the product backlog and keeping it updated to manage customers' expectations
Exploring customers’ requirements in digital banking sector
Taking part in making legal acts for new products
Taking part in improvement of Acba digital system

Be familiar to banking and fintech industry
Bachelor Degree
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, Figma
Excellent communication skills in Armenian, English and Russian, both written and verbal
Analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills, ability to learn quickly
Experience in usability and customer-focused design
Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems
High organizational skills and sense of responsibility
Excellent time management skill
Solid working experience with deadlines
Stress-resistant, ability to multi-task
Creative thinker with a vision
Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
Basic knowledge in IT will be considered as a privilege
outside-the-box thinking
