Acba Bank is looking for a Business Process Optimization Specialist to support the Bank's transformation through Enterprise AI, RPA, software development, data analytics, and agentic automation. The specialist will work with divisions and structural units across the Bank to discover, analyze, document, and visualize business processes using BPMN and process mining approaches. The role will identify inefficiencies, manual work, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities, then work closely with IT, RPA, AI, data analytics, and software development teams to optimize and automate processes. Knowledge of SAP Signavio, Celonis, BPMN 2.0, and process mining tools will be considered a strong advantage.

Обязанности

Discover and map end-to-end banking workflows by collaborating with business units, branches, and operational teams.
Build and maintain a centralized, enterprise-wide process inventory as a single source of truth for the Bank's business processes.
Analyze operational data using process mining and process intelligence techniques to identify bottlenecks, compliance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Model current- and target-state processes using standardized BPMN 2.0 diagrams that are clear to both business and technical stakeholders.
Redesign and optimize workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and business value before implementing automation initiatives.
Translate optimization opportunities into clear business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technology teams.
Collaborate with RPA, AI/ML, Software Development and other technical teams to implement, test, and validate digital solutions.
Define process performance indicators (KPIs) to track, measure, and report the impact and benefits of optimized processes.

Требования

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
Experience in business process analysis, business analysis, operational improvement, process management, project management, digital transformation, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of business process mapping, process optimization, and process documentation methodologies.
Ability to understand complex operational workflows and break them down into clear, structured, and visual process models.
Good understanding of banking operations, financial services, enterprise systems, or regulated organizational processes is an advantage.
Experience working with technology, IT, automation, or digital transformation teams is an advantage.
Excellent interviewing, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to ask precise questions, identify hidden process steps, and understand how work is actually performed, not only how it is formally described.
Strong visual thinking and ability to create clear process diagrams and structured documentation.
Ability to communicate effectively with both business users and technical teams.
Attention to detail combined with the ability to see the end-to-end process picture.
Curiosity, persistence, and willingness to dig deep into operational details.
Practical mindset focused on measurable business impact, not documentation for its own sake.
Ability to manage multiple process discovery and improvement initiatives simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The following knowledge and tool experience will be considered a strong advantage:

BPMN 2.0 and standardized process modeling methodologies.
Process mining, process discovery, process intelligence, process simulation, and process performance monitoring.
SAP Signavio, Celonis, or similar process mining and process intelligence platforms.
Ability to work with event-log concepts, including case ID, activity, timestamp, user, status, variant, and process outcome.
Bizagi, Camunda Modeler, Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart, ARIS, or similar process modeling tools.
Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for requirements management, documentation, and collaboration.
RPA and automation assessment frameworks.
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle, APIs, workflow automation, data analytics, AI agents, chatbots, and enterprise AI concepts.
Lean, Six Sigma, value-stream mapping, business analysis, or operational excellence methodologies.
