Job description:

The Leading/Senior Credit Officer/ Business Development Manager is responsible for implementing the development of business, agricultural, consumer, and other kinds of loans, promoting and consulting new clients, financial analyses, loan disbursement.

Job responsibilities
  • Direct marketing and promotions, consulting and presenting financial services, terms and conditions,
  • Accepting loan applications, financial analysis and estimation of credit risk,
  • Loan package formation, organization of credit committee and loan disbursement processes,
  • Informing the clients and their guarantees their rights and responsibilities,
  • Payment and current monitoring,
  • Knowledge of organization’s credit policy, internal procedures,
  • Setting and achieving targets
Required qualifications
  • University degree
  • At leasy 4 years of loan officer experience will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Analytical thinking,
  • Ability to work under pressure, efficient conflict management skills
  • Stress resistant
  • Computer skills (MS Office (Excel, Word), AS-Bank 4
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, good knowledge of Russian and English is desirable
  • Reliability and ability to work independently and/or in a team
  • Time management skills
