Job description:

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer ready to have his/her input on new and existing products that would positively impact the financial life of regular citizens and entrepreneurs of Armenia.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets the user's needs while aligning with business goals. In this role, you’ll balance maintaining and evolving our design system with crafting intuitive user experiences for new features and products.

Job responsibilities

User-Centric Design:

Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
Develop user personas, user flows, and journey maps to inform the design process.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user-centered design principles.

Design Strategy and Planning:

Collaborate with product owners to define product goals, features, and design requirements.
Develop design strategies that align with the product vision and business objectives.
Participate in project planning, timelines, and sprint cycles to ensure on-time delivery of design assets.

Visual Design:

Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that follow established brand guidelines.
Develop and maintain design systems and pattern libraries to ensure design consistency across the product ecosystem.
Use industry best practices in typography, color theory, and layout to enhance the overall visual aesthetics of the product.

Usability Testing and Iteration:

Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and validate design assumptions.
Analyze user feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs accordingly.
Work closely with development teams during the implementation phase to realize the design vision effectively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to balance technical and business constraints with design goals.
Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to various stakeholders and obtain buy-in for design decisions.

Required qualifications

4+ years of experience working in product design field.
Experience in working with large-scale design systems in complex organizations.
Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of component-based design principles.
Ability to iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
Experience in designing web products, especially admin panels and dashboards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong skills in user research.
Expertise in creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
At least intermediate level of English.
