Our People and Culture team is growing and we are in search of a talented, ambitious, and self-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, who will be in charge of planning, developing and implementing talent acquisition processes at TCF.

Job responsibilities
What you've got to do in this role?
- Participate in developing sustainable and competitive recruitment and hiring plans and strategies based on TCF culture and vacancies’ specifications;
- Design, plan and execute the selection process (CV screening, phone screening, group discussions, testing, interviews, etc.);
- Source and attract candidates using various sourcing techniques;
- Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or recruiting events;
- Represent TCF internally and externally at events with the goal of networking and relationship-building with potential candidate communities;
- Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities;
- Ensure outstanding candidate experience;
- Implement the onboarding process for newly hired team members;
- Follow and analyze the recruitment metrics and continuously improve them.
Required qualifications
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- 3+ years of extensive experience in talent acquisition roles (preferably in creative environments, start-ups, etc․);
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting techniques and various candidate selection methods;
- Hands-on experience with creating catchy job postings and disseminating them through targeted channels;
- Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing of potential candidates on different platforms;
- Sound experience in technical recruitment using professional platforms and sources;
- Advanced level of English;
- Developed analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Can-do attitude and great interpersonal skills;
