We’re looking for a talented and super creative Senior SMM Specialist. With you, we will boost the crowdfunding campaigns of the world's most innovative products on social media and develop our cool product Prelaunch.com social media pages.
Job responsibilities
What will you get to do at TCF?
- Develop your own social media strategies from scratch for dozens of new brands and digital products;
- Work on community building and community management;
- Grow brand pages from 0 to 10,000+ followers in under a month in organic and boosted ways;
- Create content that sells, engages and inspires;
- Collaborate with an engaged team of digital marketers motivated, like you, to discover and implement the latest growth hacks;
- Expand your horizons beyond Facebook and Instagram, to Youtube, Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, Quora, and any other appropriate social channels;

Required qualifications
Who will win our hearts? The one who...
- Has at least 3 years of experience and knows every social media technical aspect;
- Knows how to create an effective SMM strategy;
- Experienced on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms (Bonus: YouTube and Twitter) ;
- Knows the value of good content and has experience in effective content creation (The right content for the right audience at the right time);
- Knows how to create entertaining TikTok videos and Reels, has created at least 200 vertical videos, and has had at least 10 viral videos created;
- Is confident in doing LIVE sessions and engaging the viewers;
- Has grown at least 5 pages to over 10,000 followers and knows how to manage the community;
- Has a post with over 1,000 comments;
- Has a black belt in Social Media analytics and understands the numbers in Google Analytics;
- Writes and speaks English fluently;
- Has a basic knowledge of photo and video editing tools;
- Understands mobile messenger marketing (bonus!);
- Knows how to target audiences/Ads (bonus!).
