ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Social Media Marketing Manager for our B2B division, you'll be the driving force behind the social media presence of both TCF Marketing Agency and Prelaunch.com, leading content strategies and elevating brand engagement. Working with a dedicated team that includes visual content creators, a copywriter, SEO specialists, and ad specialists, you'll take charge of crafting and executing a compelling social media vision that builds powerful communities with a strong focus on LinkedIn.

Your role will cover the entire social media spectrum—from trendsetting content creation and social listening to strategic planning, scheduling, and precise reporting. This is an exciting role for someone who is passionate about social media, has solid experience with content creation, and has their finger on the pulse of trends, creativity, the largest social media platforms, and creative formats.

You'll create culture-first, impactful content that resonates with audiences, leading the evolution of our approach and ensuring that our storytelling stays ahead of the curve.

Job responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Create and implement the social strategy for TCF and Prelaunch.com, ensuring a seamless blend of entertainment and giving value across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team that covers advertising, email marketing, influencer partnerships, SEO, and PR.
  • Execute impactful campaigns, including community building and management, creating engaging social videos, and executing creative strategies.
  • Track campaign success using advanced social media analytics, tweaking and refining strategies for maximum impact.
  • Learn the specifics of B2B marketing and help tailor campaigns to drive measurable growth for both brands.
  • Lead your team toward creative excellence, introducing the latest growth hacks that drive engagement and brand love.
  • Use social media listening tools to understand trends, brand mentions, and audience insights.
  • Enjoy endless opportunities for growth alongside a like-minded team in one of Yerevan’s coolest offices.
Required qualifications

ABOUT YOU

  • You have 5+ years of work experience in a digital, advertising or PR agency, or related field.
  • You're a wizard in community management techniques and know what makes social pages thrive.
  • You’re a pop culture junkie and have your finger on the pulse when it comes to social trends.
  • You’re able to work quickly to capitalize on breaking news, memes, and trends.
  • You are a creative leader who loves to turn ideas into engaging content and influencer briefs.
  • You’re a brilliant consultant who can translate strategy into action and content plans.
  • You value brilliant basics and can inspire teams to deliver high-quality work on time, every time.
  • You have a deep understanding of social creativity and what works on different platforms, especially on LinkedIn.
  • You have an agency or in-house background in social media management
  • You have strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • You are a self-starter who loves to collaborate and can comfortably take the lead when required
  • You are fluent in English language, reading, speaking, and writing
  • You think critically and creatively, solve problems and develop new and useful possibilities
  • You collaborate with teammates in a different country and appreciate cultural differences
