The new role we're hiring is Senior QA Engineer. When building software, you go through many stages. From initial requirements to product launch. And of course it’s important to ensure that everything works according to specification!

Job responsibilities

- Manual and Automated Testing: Master the art of identifying discrepancies, ensure software compliance, and implement automated testing for efficient and effective results;
- Product Thinking: Adopt a product-centric mindset. Grasp our product vision, end-user needs, and business goals to evaluate technical and usability aspects of our features;
- QA Strategy Development: Participate actively in developing and refining our QA strategy, defining testing guidelines, and ensuring high-standard quality across all products;
- Leadership and Collaboration: Lead by example, showing initiative, addressing quality issues proactively, and promoting a collaborative environment with open communication and shared goals;
- Learning and Adaptation: Stay abreast of the ever-changing tech landscape. Adapt, learn new testing methods and tools, and implement changes as necessary;
- Passion for Start-Up Culture: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment and show eagerness to learn, improve, and grow with us.
Required qualifications
Your Unique Skillset:
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior QA engineer;
- Experience with automation and familiarity with modern tech stack;
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject;
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes;
- Ability to communicate effectively with the engineering team and stakeholders;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and English proficiency.
