Job description:
The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for attracting new clients of considerable importance for the Bank, building/maintaining relationships with new/existing clients, promoting sales of products and services offered by the Bank and increasing the clientele, as well as analyzing market trends, assessing rivals and collaborating with various departments of the Bank to optimize business processes.
Job responsibilities
- Develop client databases and make sales through meetings with large clients, negotiations, calls and presentations
- Attract large payroll projects and legal entity clients, make direct/cross sales of the Bank’s card, loan and other products and services, developing relationships with the attracted clients
- Establish, maintain and develop long-term business relationships with new/existing clients and manage established client portfolios
- Review and analyze market trends, collaborate with various departments of the Bank, making recommendations for improvement of products/business processes
- Analyze sales, prepare and submit sales reports at regular intervals
Required qualifications
Professional abilities
- University degree in economics, finance or other related discipline
- At least 6 years of work experience in finance
- Good knowledge of business and banking industry trends
- Knowledge of business correspondence rules
