Job responsibilities
What you’ve got to do?
- Inquiry Management: Handle incoming inquiries related to the company's products with proficiency and effectiveness.
- Conversion Expertise: Utilize various communication channels, including ManyChat, email, and social media, to convert inquiries into meaningful interactions and potential sales.
- Client First Contact: Act as the initial point of contact for clients, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Data Tracking: Maintain a systematic approach to tracking and managing customer information, forecasts, and reports, fostering data-driven decision-making.
- List Development: Develop and continually maintain prospect and customer lists using strategic marketing data and other relevant sources to identify potential sales leads.
- Verification and Qualification: Execute rigorous verification and qualification procedures for marketing contacts, ensuring that leads meet specified criteria.
- Effective Communication: Provide timely, accurate, and comprehensive information through established communication methods, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Reporting Skills: Prepare and present regular reports during daily stand-up meetings to project managers (PMs) and the sales team, offering insights and progress updates.
- Going the Extra Mile: Demonstrate a commitment to excellence by taking the initiative to engage prospects in a manner that exceeds expectations.
Required qualifications
To succeed in this role, you’ll need;
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in the crowdfunding, finance, or tech industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of crowdfunding and familiarity with industry trends is a plus.
- CRM software experience is a plus.
