A relationship manager is a part of the squad who builds and maintains relationships with clients and customers, keeps customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales, helps them with their sales opportunities, draws in new customers, and is responsible for preparation of sales offers for clients and overall coordination of the process
Job responsibilities
- Manage portfolios of clients
- Develop and maintain relationship with clients
- Generate leads and close deals
- At least 2 years of work experience in financial sector
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and revisit (when necessary) sales policy
- Review potential clients lists, develop outreach strategies, establish contacts and conduct negotiations
- Organize cross sales through different channels
Required qualifications
Professional Craft
- University degree in economics, finance or other related sphere
- Experience in customer service, sales or related fields
- Strong understanding of the business and industry trends
- Ability to understand and assess business needs
