Job responsibilities
- Identify and source potential leads through various channels, mainly digital channels and communities.
- Conduct a compelling and informative initial product demo to showcase the value and capabilities of Hirebee platform.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and ensure a smooth transition through the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including lead interactions, demo outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with using various online tools and platforms for lead generation and conducting virtual demos.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts.
- Comfortable working during US business hours.
