Job description:

Acba bank is looking for an experienced Project Manager/ NAP Coordinator to join our Project Management and Strategy Development Division.

Job responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and successfully implement assigned projects according to the methodology, standarts and internal legal acts established in the Bank.
  • Identify project stakeholders and properly ensure communication with them, as well as the necessary resources for successful implementation.
  • Clarify and finalize project scope, timelines, costs, quality, and other main criteria with the project owner and relevant stakeholders; perform financial calculations of the project and ensure their approval according to internal legal acts approved in the Bank.
  • Create and distribute clear tasks among project team and monitor and control their timely and proper quality execution.
  • Monitor and ensure project compliance with approved project criteria (project deadlines, budget, requirements, and quality) and internal legal acts during implementation, taking steps to ensure implementation without deviation from these standards.
  • Perform monitoring and control activities during project implementation and identify risks of deviations from main project standards.
  • Take measures with the project team and relevant stakeholders to eliminate deviations from main project criteria, or re-plan them if necessary and present them for approval to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare current and final project reports and, if necessary, share/present them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify the necessity of the new activities and products (NAP) process during the formation of the project portfolio.
  • Observe and identify the necessity of the NAP process in initiatives planned by various departments.
  • Organize the NAP process, including:
    • Support the initiate department in developing the NAP sheet/form.
    • Organize and coordinate the collection of conclusions.
    • Organize and coordinate NAP committee meetings and obtaining decisions.
  • Supervise the progress of approved NAP implementation, conduct verification of NAP terms after implementation, and ensure compliance with and execution of post-evaluation deadlines and presentation to the committee.
  • Maintain and archive documentation related to the NAP process.
  • Ensure the preparation and presentation of necessary reports regarding the NAP process and its status to relevant stakeholders.
  • Propose and implement improvements in the NAP process, including making changes to corresponding internal legal acts.
Required qualifications
  • Higher education in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Change management or a related field.
  • Practical experience in project management,product and process management within the banking or financial sector.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (particularly in hybrid approach) and financial/operational planning
  • Strong skills in preparing official documentation, reporting, and managing process workflows.
  • Experience in cross-departmental coordination and stakeholder communication.
  • Proficiency in English and the local working language.
