Job description:
As a Product Operations Specialist, you drive the success of customer experience and provide product support to ensure continued customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have the passion and desire to achieve high customer satisfaction, create highly satisfied customers, and advance their own knowledge and gather feedback to improve the Product. Product Operations Specialist does so through product support, promoting product adoption, providing user insights, and driving operational efficiency. Product operations specialist handles the day-to-day tasks involved with product development, works closely with squad members to ensure that all products meet specific standards and have appropriate product documentation and product related procedures in place and maintains product everyday support for the users.
Job responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations of the product
- Work closely in a product team with Product Owners, Engineers and Product Designers to continually improve the product
- Maintain product support workflows, guides etc.
- Customer pain point management, identification and escalations of the issues
- Gather and maintain user feedback, identify key issues and deliver insights to the team for further product development
- Help customers in case of problems and pass the relevant info to responsible person
- Help product team to drive process optimization
- Develop and maintain product documentation such as user guides, training materials etc./
- Develop and maintain product-related processes and procedures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or a related field
- At least 2 years of work experience in customer service, product, operation teams in finance, banking or other related field
- Understanding in product lifecycle management
- Understanding in process and workflow management
- Ability to analyze data, metrics, and customer feedback
- Good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of AS-Bank is a plus
- Creative and out-of-the box thinker, proactive, who likes to work in a multidisciplinary team in an agile environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with users, business stakeholders and team members
- Attention to detail and quality assurance
- Excellent command of Armenian, good command of Russian and English
