Job description:

Organizing and managing the division’s activities and allocating tasks among employees.
Preparing reports and documentation related to division’s operations.
Developing and presenting proposals and programs to improve the efficiency of the division’s operations.
Investigating and documenting POS terminal malfunctions, customer complaints, and suggestions related to POS terminals operating at TSOs.

Cooperation and negotiation skills

Ability to carry out the work within a short period of time
Ability to work under pressure

Technical skills

Good knowledge of Smart Vista, MS Excel, MS Word and computer programs

Language skills

Armenian-excellent, English and Russian-good

Required education

Higher education

Required work experience

At least 2 (two) year of work experience in the managerial position of the appropriate field
