As our QA Lead, you’ll take ownership of the entire quality assurance process across our products — designing effective test strategies, and ensuring our web, mobile, and backend systems are reliable, scalable, and user-centric.

Job responsibilities

Lead and manage the QA team, including task distribution and performance monitoring.
Own the testing process across all ONEX products — web, mobile, and backend.
Plan and supervise execution of manual and automated tests, including API testing.
Ensure proper testing coverage and release readiness.
Collaborate with development and product teams to define clear and testable requirements.
Identify bugs, track them efficiently, and help ensure timely resolution.
Support continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and team skills.

Required qualifications

5+ years of QA experience․
Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
Hands-on experience with API testing tools.
Experience in manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.
Familiarity with test case and bug tracking tools.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
