Job responsibilities

What you’ve got to do?

To collaborate with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers, and partner organizations;
To develop marketing plans for campaigns as allocated;
To liaise with TCF’s internal departments/teams and deliver results in a timely manner to ensure activity is well integrated;
To track the progress of all new and ongoing projects and maintain up-to-date notes;
To work on product positioning and strategy development;
To analyze market trends and product performance;
Support the Marketing Campaign Manager with the production of monthly campaign reports evaluating the performance and impact;
Identify industry trends and make long-term, strategic suggestions;

Required qualifications

To succeed in this role, you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent field;
At least 1 year of experience in the relevant role;
Excellent business writing and speaking skills in English;
Clear communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data;
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within TCF and externally;
Understanding of customer behaviors and industry trends;
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a result-driven environment;
Understanding of marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing, and internet technology;
Excellent time and project management skills;
