Job responsibilities
What you’ve got to do?
- To collaborate with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers, and partner organizations;
- To develop marketing plans for campaigns as allocated;
- To liaise with TCF’s internal departments/teams and deliver results in a timely manner to ensure activity is well integrated;
- To track the progress of all new and ongoing projects and maintain up-to-date notes;
- To work on product positioning and strategy development;
- To analyze market trends and product performance;
- Support the Marketing Campaign Manager with the production of monthly campaign reports evaluating the performance and impact;
- Identify industry trends and make long-term, strategic suggestions;
Required qualifications
To succeed in this role, you’ll need
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent field;
- At least 1 year of experience in the relevant role;
- Excellent business writing and speaking skills in English;
- Clear communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data;
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within TCF and externally;
- Understanding of customer behaviors and industry trends;
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a result-driven environment;
- Understanding of marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing, and internet technology;
- Excellent time and project management skills;
