We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Project Manager's Assistant to support our Logistics PM in overseeing complex projects and optimizing supply chain efficiency.
Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Assist the Logistics Project Manager in coordinating, and executing logistics projects to ensure timely and cost-effective processes.
- Documentation Management: Prepare, maintain, and organize project documentation, including electronical.
- Data Gathering: Gather and analyze data on shipment and inventory to support decision-making.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams to support project timelines and address any logistical challenges.
- Scheduling and Tracking: Oversee shipment schedules and track deliveries, ensuring accuracy and updating all relevant stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify potential improvements in logistics processes and suggest ways to streamline operations.
- Administrative Support: Assist in project-related administrative tasks as needed.
Required qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, supply chain or project management junior roles is preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
