Acba bank is looking for a IT Risk specialist to join our team.
Job responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the methodologies for identifying, classifying, and assessing technological risks.
- Take full ownership of the IT risk register, ensuring its integrity, accuracy
- Conduct analysis of IT processes, systems and risks to identify vulnerabilities and design effective risk mitigation, prevention, and elimination strategies
- Cooperate with the Bank's departments, providing them with support in improving risk processes and preventing/mitigating technological risks.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field
- Experience in an IT risk management, IT audit, or cybersecurity role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
- Excellent analytical thinking and structured reporting capabilities
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical risks into business-oriented language
