Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies for TCF campaigns;
- Research, identify and build relationships with prominent international influencers and thought leaders;
- Create and deliver influencer briefs and messaging guidelines, pitches,
- Negotiate with the influencers to reach the best terms of collaboration;
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers;
- Maintain relationships with influencers and be the lead for any queries;
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify creative and targeting opportunities and pitch ideas to influencers;
- Keep the team up-to-date on the influencers trends – rising stars, emerging trends, best practices;
Required qualifications
- You have at least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, communication or related roles;
- You have hands on experience in planning influencer campaigns and longer-term strategies;
- You’re a great communicator and relationship-builder;
- You have an excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Your research and outreach skills are top-notch;
- Negotiation comes naturally to you;
- You’re energetic, enthusiastic, proactive and result drive;
- You are a self-starter with respect for others’ points of view;
