Job description:
Baklachoff restaurant chain is looking for an active, enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Specialist, who will closely work with our creative team.
Job responsibilities
- Handle whole recruitment processes: posting a job, organizing interviews, following up on candidates, initiating hiring processes.
- Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status, manage the employee database;
- Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner;
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties;
- Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or a related field;
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR specialist (additional HR training is a plus);
- Understanding of general human resources and recruitment policies, procedures;
- Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, effective oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to interact, communicate and present new ideas;
- Creative and exciting thinking;
- Strong decision-making skills;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
- Knowledge of Russian and English languages;
- Ability to work under pressure;.
