Job description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide a comprehensive experience in talent acquisition and HR operations, offering a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources. The intern will assist in various recruitment activities while also supporting the HR team with administrative duties.

Job responsibilities

Recruitment Support

  • Job Posting: Assist in drafting and post job advertisements on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
  • Resume Screening: Assist in reviewing resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
  • Candidate Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure a seamless interview process.
  • Interview Assistance: Assist in preparing interview materials, coordinating interview schedules, and participating in interviews when necessary.
  • Onboarding: Assist with onboarding processes, including preparing offer letters, conducting reference checks, and organizing new hire orientations.
  • Talent Sourcing: Help build and maintain a talent pipeline by sourcing potential candidates through various channels.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates by providing timely updates and maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process.

General Administrative Support:

  • HR Documentation: Assist in maintaining and organizing employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Database Management: Support the maintenance of HR databases and update employee information as needed.
  • Policy Compliance: Help with the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
  • HR Projects: Provide assistance on various HR projects, including research on HR best practices, updating the employee handbook, and other initiatives as assigned.
  • General Office Support: Assist in performing general office duties, when required.
Required qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Armenian, English and Russian languages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general tech-savviness
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
Additional information

This internship will last up to 3 months. In case of successful completion the candidate will be offered a full time job in HR department with a focus on talent acquisition.
