We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Influencer Marketing to lead our influencer marketing department. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies for our TCF innovative marketing campaigns. You will also lead and mentor a team of influencer marketing specialists to drive brand growth and engagement.

Job responsibilities

  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the influencer marketing department, guiding team members to achieve marketing goals.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies for TCF campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives, and actively participate in innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Influencer Research: Research, identify, and establish relationships with prominent international influencers and thought leaders who align with our brand's values and objectives.
  • Content Guidelines: Create and deliver comprehensive influencer briefs and messaging guidelines, empowering influencers to deliver on-brand, engaging content.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations with influencers to secure collaboration terms that benefit both parties and align with campaign objectives.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and influencers within the industry, providing insights and recommendations for campaigns.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with influencers, serving as the lead contact for any queries or concerns.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to identify creative and targeting opportunities, pitching innovative ideas to influencers and actively participating in innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop influencer marketing specialists, ensuring their growth and professional development.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns using data-driven insights.
Required qualifications

Your Unique Skillset:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Extensive experience in influencer marketing with a proven track record of managing international campaigns.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Innovative and creative thinking to develop compelling influencer campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of emerging trends and influencers in the industry.
  • Strong project management skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to lead and develop a team.
