Job description:

Head of Data Science Division is responsible for managing the process of AI/Machine Learning, Deep Learning model development, i.e. real-time mathematical modeling of lending, behavioral/transactional, investment decision-making and other applied banking issues

Job responsibilities

Manage developing/building, improving, implementing and monitoring of machine learning and deep learning models
Organize and manage the process of working with data
Support with ML model testing and implementation
Ensure continuous use of the latest AI/ML algorithms/methods, cutting-edge data analysis tools, process optimization, and enhancement of function efficiency
Manage the process of design, regulation and approval of model creation, testing and implementation environment
Perform ML applications’ code review, optimization, continuous process improvement and modernization
Collaborate effectively with product teams and IT subdivisions
Document the entire modeling lifecycle, ensure availability of internal regulations, model overviews

Required qualifications

University degree in Data Science, Mathematics/Applied Mathematics, Modeling, IT/technical and/or other relevant field
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of AI/ML models/algorithms, experience in managing large projects
Excellent knowledge of Python language, experience in developing ML applications
Knowledge of SQL and BI
Analytical thinking, advanced skills of working independently and within a team
Commitment to work and strong sense of responsibility
