  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of traders, sales brokers, investment managers, and support staff to drive business performance.
  • Drive sales growth across all client segments—retail, high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), and institutional—through tailored sales strategies and relationship management.
  • Oversee trading and investment advisory services, ensuring optimal client satisfaction and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, partners, and institutional investors.
  • Manage risk exposure and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the firm’s financial stability.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, developing policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with the product, marketing, and technology teams to develop new offerings and enhance existing services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Represent the brokerage division in senior management meetings and act as a key point of contact for external stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership on business growth, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; CFA or other professional certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in brokerage or financial services, with at least 3-4 years in a senior management or leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, securities trading, and investment products, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth across various client segments, including retail, HNWI, and institutional.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements for brokerage operations.
  • Experience in developing and executing business strategies, including sales, client management, and product development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and foster a performance-driven culture.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients, institutional partners, and key stakeholders.
