Job description:

Informing the potential customers about the loan types offered by the Bank
Implementation of works aimed at active attraction of new customers
Implementation of permanent works with new and current customers
Study of loan applications, visits to the customers’ place of business, analyses of the customers’ financial-economic condition
Credit risk assessment, assessment of creditworthiness and solvency
Submission of credit cases to the Credit Committee
Formation of a loan package, loan provision, regular monitoring of loans granted

Ability to carry out the work within a short period of time
Ability to work under pressure

Selling Skills- demand revelation, negotiation skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word programs

Required education

Higher (Economic or Technical) education

Required work experience

At least 1 year of work experience in agricultural lending.
