Job description:

We are looking for an experienced Financial Manager.

Work Objective: Effective and proper organization of Company’s financial resource management, accounting and reporting.

Job responsibilities

  • Supervise finance and accounting team and function;
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports;
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting;
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts;
  • Control Company’s expenses and investments;
  • Develop and document business processes in finance and accounting to maintain and strengthen internal controls;
  • Implement different efficiency measurement tools and processes for Company’s activities;
  • Manage accounting operations, bookkeeping, and payroll of the Company;
  • Monitor contracts with partners and track receivables on a regular basis;
  • Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing procedures;
  • Advise and support Management and PMs on financial decision making;
  • Sign off contract from a financial perspective;
  • Assist on external audits.
Required qualifications

  • Higher education in Economics or Finance;
  • ACCA qualification will be an asset;
  • At least 2 years of professional experience (experience in a managerial position is desirable);
  • Knowledge of the tax legislation, relevant normative acts, and specifications for IT sector;
  • Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards;
  • Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
  • Experience with QuickBooks will be an asset.
