Job description:
INGO is looking for a Doctor Expert who will be responsible for monitoring the health status of insured individuals, organizing their inpatient and outpatient care, and overseeing the financial and quality control aspects of their treatment.
Job responsibilities
- Conducting medical and insurance assessments of claims and medical documents submitted by insured individuals.
- Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis of claims submitted by insured individuals.
- Initiating and conducting regular meetings with insured individuals on medical and insurance-related topics.
- Verifying the accuracy of medical prescriptions and ensuring they comply with current medical records.
- Collaborating with medical institutions.
- Handling phone inquiries from insured individuals.
- Demonstrating a thorough understanding of insurance policies and explaining them clearly to clients.
- Issuing certificates to medical institutions for the treatment of insured individuals.
- Organizing preventive medical check-ups, analyzing the results, and providing relevant advice to insured individuals.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Required qualifications
- Higher medical education.
- Relevant experience in the insurance sector.
- Experience as a practicing doctor is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of Russian and English is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
