Job description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Dilijan. The successful candidate will manage all project phases, collaborating closely with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery aligned with our standards and expectations.

Job responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution:

    • Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, and budget management specifically for construction projects.
    • Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Subcontractor and Team Management:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, coordinating all their activities and ensuring compliance with the project's quality and safety standards.
    • Foster effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Resource Management and Coordination:

    • Allocate resources effectively, managing materials, labor, and equipment to maximize efficiency and mitigate delays.
    • Monitor project progress and make data-driven adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Risk and Compliance:

    • Identify potential risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them.
    • Ensure all activities comply with legal and safety regulations and standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and lead regular update meetings to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
    • Manage external communications with local authorities and regulatory bodies as required.
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a strong track record of managing subcontractors.
  • Solid understanding of construction contracts and the coordination of contractors and subcontractors.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management and construction software tools.
  • Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages
