TCF's team is growing and we’ve got a great opportunity! We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Business Development Manager with a focus on the e-commerce sector to drive our growth
As the Business Development Manager specializing in e-commerce, your primary responsibility will be to lead the charge in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the e-commerce industry. You will be instrumental in growing our client base, increasing revenue, and strengthening client relationships
Job responsibilities
What you’ve got to do?
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, market gaps, and potential e-commerce clients' needs;
- Identify and engage prospective e-commerce clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and industry events;
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients by understanding their unique e-commerce challenges and objectives;
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the e-commerce market, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities;
- Collaborate closely with our team to create persuasive proposals, presentations, and pitches that address clients' specific e-commerce requirements and showcase the value of our services;
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals by closing deals and expanding our client portfolio within the e-commerce industry;
- Stay updated on e-commerce industry trends, competitive activities, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients and continually enhance our services;
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions․
Required qualifications
To succeed in this role, you’ll need;
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred);
- Strong comprehension of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and digital marketing strategies;
- Fluency in both speaking and writing in English;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset;
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team;
- Experience in using CRM software and Sales Analytics Tools․
