Job description:
The incumbent will be responsible for the back office functions related to the Bank customer service.
Job responsibilities
- Review the customer database
- Check the daily customer files, identify omissions and take action to address them
- Conduct analysis and take action to improve the quality of operations and reduce errors
- Perform other back office functions
Required qualifications
- University degree
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Minimum 6 months of work experience in the branch network
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Team player skills
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in accounting and banking software
- Good knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of AS-Bank software
- Excellent command of Armenian, good command of Russian and English
