Our story dates back to 2017, when our team started to explore deeper HRTech products and initiated a massive research, inviting Talent Acquisition specialists from 20+ countries and 30+ different industries to participate and share their views on future of recruitment software and HRTech in general. The research showed, that the world of HRTech needs a new breadth, a new approach to talent acquisition automation, and candidate experience. Within a couple of months our MVP (minimum viable product) was ready, another couple of months and we started to onboard our first clients.
