Աշխատանքի նկարագրություն՝

The Systems Architect will be responsible for designing and guiding the development of complex ICT systems to ensure they are efficient, scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with organizational and business requirements for a duration of two months. The consultant will define the overall system architecture, establish technical standards, recommend appropriate technologies, and provide architectural oversight throughout the design and implementation phases of the project.

Design the overall architecture of the proposed system, including system components, modules, interfaces, integration points, and data flows.
Develop detailed system architecture blueprints, technical specifications, and design documentation.
Ensure that system designs align with business requirements, operational objectives, and strategic ICT goals.
Define system architecture standards, principles, and best practices.
Select and recommend appropriate programming languages, development frameworks, platforms, databases, middleware, and infrastructure technologies.
Design scalable, reliable, maintainable, and high-performance system architectures.
Ensure integration and interoperability between existing and proposed systems.
Incorporate security, resilience, and business continuity considerations into system architecture designs.
Assess technical requirements, identify architectural risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development, infrastructure, and implementation teams.
Review and validate technical designs, implementation approaches, and solution architectures.
Ensure compliance with relevant ICT governance frameworks, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Support technology evaluation, solution selection, and implementation planning activities.
Prepare architecture reports, design recommendations, and implementation guidelines.
Perform any other relevant tasks required for the successful completion of the assignment.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), or a related discipline from an internationally reputed academic institution.
Certifications in system architecture, solution architecture, cloud architecture, software architecture, or related fields will be considered an advantage.
Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, or equivalent are preferred.
Proven experience working as a Systems Architect on similar ICT projects.
Demonstrated track record of successfully designing and implementing large-scale ICT systems and technology solutions.
Experience in designing complex enterprise systems, application architectures, integration frameworks, and technology platforms.
Proven experience in system architecture design covering application, data, infrastructure, security, and integration layers.
Extensive knowledge and practical experience as a Systems Architect, preferably gained through a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in advanced countries.
Experience selecting and evaluating programming languages, frameworks, platforms, databases, and infrastructure technologies for large-scale systems.
Strong understanding of system scalability, performance optimization, availability, and security architecture principles.
Experience working on large-scale digital transformation, modernization, or enterprise ICT projects.
Experience working with public sector organizations, financial institutions, or highly regulated environments will be considered an advantage.
