We are looking for a Smart Locker Support Agent to become a key part of our customer support team. If you enjoy solving technical problems, and delivering top-notch customer service, this role is for you.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Respond to incoming customer calls, messages, and inquiries related to Smart Locker services
Quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
Remotely assist customers with technical and operational issues related to Smart Locker usage
Follow established support procedures and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
Accurately document customer interactions and issue resolutions in internal systems
Collaborate with Technical, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian, both written and oral.
Experience with online shopping.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Fast-learner.
