Acba bank is looking for a SAP Business Consultant to join our team.

Participate in the implementation of SAP projects.
Assist in business requirements analysis and Fit-Gap analysis.
Provide support to end-users and troubleshoot issues.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation (Blueprints, Functional Specifications, User Instructions, Test Scenarios).
Participate in data migration, reporting, and integration tasks.
Support end-user training and preparation of documentation.
Collaborate with senior SAP business consultants and IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of the system.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
Good understanding of the banking and finance industry.
Proficiency in English and Russian.
Experience in banking or financial systems is a plus.
Knowledge of SAP ERP systems is a plus.
SAP certifications will be considered an advantage.
Knowledge of IFRS, ACCA, or other certifications will be considered an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong teamwork ability.
Creative and analytical thinking, stress resistance, and ability to work within deadlines.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
Ability to work in a fast-changing, dynamic, and evolving environment.
