We are looking for an Import Operations Specialist to manage and coordinate import processes, administrative operations, and customer-related requests, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth shipment processing, and high-quality service.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Support and coordinate day-to-day import processes.
Prepare, collect, check, and organize import-related documents.
Track shipments and follow up on their status.
Communicate with logistics partners, internal teams and other relevant stakeholders.
Support the team with customs-related documentation and processes.
Maintain accurate records and update relevant databases and systems.
Handle day-to-day import-related requests and follow up on open issues.
Provide information and support to customers regarding shipment-related matters.
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when working with documents and data.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English, both written and oral.
Proficiency in MS Office
